As part of our ongoing work as Locate in Kent’s PR and marketing agency a key action has been to improve the website’s performance – from tone of voice to user experience.
Our digital team carried out extensive UX analysis to identify what needed to be done to improve the user journey, identify routes to conversion, design new page templates and improve user forms.
The overhaul of the website was complemented by a review of website and SEO content, an action plan for organic search and new paid for digital marketing campaigns complete with extensive revisions to ad groups and search terms.

In 2022 alone, we’ve partnered with businesses like Brompton Bikes, the UK’s biggest bicycle manufacturer, promoting their decision to locate their headquarters in the county and written blogs that highlight the businesses building their success here,
We’ve also enjoyed success in achieving significant coverage in national and sector publication giving the Locate in Kent team a platform to share their expertise and highlight where the county is showing the way.
