Operating in Finland, Sweden and the UK, its Nordic model of care is the power driving Everon’s focus and is a vital part in setting the company apart from the competition. It is trusted by more than 100,000+ clients across the three regions.
Pillory Barn were briefed to create and deliver a communications strategy for its UK subsidiary, based in Kent, that would support increased traffic to the website, generate future leads and build Everon UK’s brand profile as industry leaders and experts in their field.
The pressures that hospitals, care homes and other healthcare and social care settings are facing right now are a big window of opportunity for its cloud-based data-driven wireless technologies. Outdated analogue systems are being phased out and many in-home care services and supported housing providers are considering which digital technologies to invest in, presenting an opportunity for Everon UK.
Engaging with the care sector on social media
A key objective was to make Everon’s UK social media accounts more consistent, visible and engaging supported by the right tone of voice and mix of content.
We changed up the way the social media channels flowed, working to a content calendar full of opportunities to put Everon front and centre as a leader in the sector.
Thought leadership content and commentary on the latest news and issues affecting the industry has bolstered monthly content themes on digital channels.
The campaign reached over 52,000 people in year one through social media support on LinkedIn alone, securing over 200 new followers and showing consistently strong levels of engagement.
Positioning Everon as a sector leader
As part of an integrated marketing approach for Everon, our media relations and PR services have been agile and responsive to news opportunities, building relationships with journalists and putting Everon at the heart of the debate on the future of health and social care in the UK. Deliverables have included insightful blogs on the website and letters to the editors of national newspapers to comment pieces in leading trade publications.
Good news stories have included announcing a strategic partnership that’s powering research for the next generation of assisted living devices – technology that will detect health issues before they become a concern and allow people to live independently for longer at home.
In year one we secured coverage in key titles including The Independent, Inside Housing, AT Today, THIIS, Laing Buisson News, Digital Health Care Talk Business and regional business media.
During 2024 our objective for Everon was to maximise brand awareness and generate leads through a range of activities, driving up engagement on their social media channels and supporting lead generation by increasing the profile of the senior management team in key publications.
