Communicating vision and values through a unified brand
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust sought to share its vision of providing exceptional patient care while fostering pride and fulfilment among staff. The challenge was to communicate their values across two hospital sites in a cost-effective way, transforming empty corridors and reinvigorating waiting areas into storytelling opportunities that united staff and patients under a single, vibrant identity.
On-site visits to both locations built an understanding of the spaces and their potential. Building on an internal brand refresh we had previously delivered for the Trust, we collaborated closely with hospital departments and the marketing team to create bespoke designs. We visualised how creative assets would enhance the hospital environment. Leveraging our strong relationships with suppliers, we handled production and installation across both sites.
The high-quality branding is now proudly displayed across walls, windows, and staff areas; a clear statement celebrating the Trust’s mission and values and energising the work environment.
