Knauf UK, a global leader in construction and building materials, sought agency support to develop and design a cohesive internal communications campaign, Knauf Futures. The aim was to create a recognisable brand identity for the company’s total reward package, encompassing all elements of the comprehensive support provided during the employee lifecycle, from hire to retirement.
Our meet the team session refined objectives and audience insights, from which we established the campaign’s tone of voice and key messages. Following ideation, we developed three brand concepts, delivering a tailored toolkit for the internal team to rollout. Assets included a brand identity, practical presentation templates, posters and email footers. The initiative launched successfully, providing Knauf with a strong platform to roll out engaging content that resonated with staff, fostering inclusivity and support, and aligned to the corporate brand.
